Apple Marshmallow with Gelatin
Many housewives claim that apple marshmallow on gelatin is more airy and delicate flavor. To cook this dessert, you need to completely peel the apples from the skin and all the seeds. After that, put the fruit in the oven to bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. At the same time, 25 grams of gelatin should be soaked in a container with 50 milliliters of water. In the resulting apple mass, add sugar (0.5 cups), protein and cinnamon (0.5 teaspoon).

At the same time, protein is added to the cooled apple puree and whipped until it becomes lighter in color. After hot syrup with agar-agar is poured into the resulting applesauce. At the end of the preparation, jasmine, lemon zest and peppermint are added to the future dessert to taste. The whole mass is placed in a special pastry bag. With it, marshmallow spread in a separate dish.
Sugar free home made marshmallow apples
