To avoid such trouble, you can pierce each fruit with a fork in advance. Roasting time depends on the type of fruit, their size, the composition of the filling. Remember that non-stuffed fruits of medium hardness and size will be ready in about half an hour of roasting in an oven heated to 200 ° C.

Please note that fruits of various sizes are better baked at different temperatures. For example, small apples, whose circumference is not more than 22 centimeters, it is better to cook for about 20 minutes at 220 degrees. Average fruits, with a circumference of 23 to 32 centimeters, are baked for 25 minutes at 200 degrees. Large apples, with a circumference of more than 32 centimeters, will be ready in 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Compliance with these simple rules will allow the apples to bake completely and prevent their skin from burning.

The situation is somewhat different with apples baked in foil. This dessert tastes much more tender, the skin is almost not felt. The cooking time also varies according to the size of the fruit.

  • half a liter of boiled water;
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • 3-4 sprigs of carnations.

Apples need to remove the seeds and cut them into slices as thin as possible. Dissolve sugar in boiling water, put a clove and boil apple “petals” in the syrup for about 5 minutes, then fold them into a colander.
