Mix water with sugar in a large saucepan and boil for five minutes. Pour the prepared syrup with prepared syrup and leave for at least six hours, preferably overnight. Previously, our grandmothers and mothers often prepared pastilla to somehow recycle a large crop and prevent berries and fruits from disappearing. We offer you to prepare such a delicacy of cherries in your kitchen. One kilogram of berries will need a pound of sugar. My berries and cleanse seeds. But the recipe for a delicious and flavorful cake, which is based on this berry.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g butter;
  • 70 g sugar;
  • two eggs;
  • teaspoon baking powder;
  • 150 g of flour;
  • berries (quantity - at will).

One hundred grams of softened butter, beat with sugar. The result should be a creamy mass. Add two eggs and beat until fluffy. Add a teaspoon of baking powder or baking powder. Then slowly enter one hundred and fifty grams of flour. Sometimes the flour goes less. The dough should not be very thick, it should slowly drain from the spoon.
