With agar-agar in a slow cooker
- The strawberries are cleaned of tails, after which it is washed. Prepared fresh berries are poured into a separate dish and boiled. In the process of cooking it is necessary to add sugar to such a sweet mass (1 kilogram of sugar for 1.5 kilograms of strawberries).
- Be sure to add agar-agar (3 tsp.). In this case, this ingredient acts as a jam thickener. Then you need to pour a little warm water (50 milliliters) into the pan.
- After boiling in the liquid, it is recommended to add a little butter (20-30 grams). This is necessary in order to reduce the formation of foam during cooking. The finished strawberry jam is poured into pre-sterilized containers and rolled tightly.
Jam "five minutes"
To prepare such a jam, it is necessary to thoroughly wash the berry and dry it on a paper towel. Prepared ripe berries are placed in a deep pan. In it, the fruits are kneaded with a spoon to a state of uniform mashed potatoes. At the same time, pour water (0.5 cups) into a separate container and add gelatin to it. Leave this for 20 minutes. During this time, the ingredient should swell.
The finished solution with gelatin is poured into a pan with a strawberry mass. All this mix well and put on fire. Wait for the liquid to boil. Then reduce the heat to the minimum value. Gradually add granulated sugar to the sweet mixture. In this case, periodically mix the mass. Pour in some citric acid (0.5 tsp). After boiling, leave the jam on the stove for another 10 minutes. Distribute the boiled syrup in sterilized jars and close them with lids. Containers with dessert gently turn it over.

With whole fruits
Wash the ripe berries and spare them from the tails. Divide all fruits into 2 separate parts. Sprinkle the first with sugar (150 grams of granulated sugar per 250 grams of berry. As such, strawberries are left to infuse for 2 hours.At the same time, take the second part and grind it in a blender. Combine the resulting puree in one bowl with whole berries in sugar.
Mass needs to get rid of excess fluid. For this, it is simply passed through a colander. Then pour it into a container and send to the fire to prepare. In the process of cooking, gradually transfer there the prepared whole strawberry fruits. At the same time, you should process the dishes for the future strawberry jam. On clean containers neatly laid out the whole ready-made fruit. Then there is gradually poured strawberry juice boiling. All this is rolled up and stored in a cool place.
