Monarda
In the fields and meadows, in gardens and flower beds grows a delicate lilac flower with a delicate citrus scent, which is called monarda. The Latin name is Monarda.
This name unites a whole botanical genus of herbs and belongs to the family of Lambs.
The name of this genus was given by the 18th century Swedish naturalist and physician Karl Linna in honor of the 16th century Spanish scientist and physician Nicholas Monardes, who published a work in 1574 on new plants of America.
Appearance

Growing up
Bee balm is a fairly non-perennial plant, it can bloom in places under the sun, and in slightly darkened places. However, it is sensitive to the characteristics and content of the soil. Prefers slightly acidic and not very wet soil. Grow from 1 and more years. Maybe once every three or four years in the spring and autumn to reproduce by roots.
