Remove the pan from the stove, put a glass of sour cream in it, 3 tbsp. grainy mustard, 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard. Chop a bunch of lettuce and a few leaves of wild garlic. Add greens to the sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Stuffed eggs
Boil a hard boiled 6 chicken eggs. Cool in cold water, clean and cut lengthwise into 2 halves. Pull the yolks, put them in a separate bowl. Mash yolks with a fork. Chop a few dill sprigs and a small bunch of watercress. 150 g radishes finely chopped or grated on a coarse grater. Pour the greens into the yolks, add 50 g sour cream, 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard, salt and hot pepper to taste. Stir the mixture thoroughly and fill it with half eggs.
