Their composition does not include the best ingredients: granulated sugar, butter, preservatives, dyes and other hazards. But even this set does not allow them to stay fresh for a long time. And not always written on the packaging shelf life can be trusted.

While the main product of the cheese is “resting”, additional preparation should be undertaken. In a separate bowl, mix the soft (not melted) butter and the rest of the ingredients on the list. We pour the cottage cheese, and, having mixed it carefully, we put it in the refrigerator.

After 10 minutes, take out the mixture and form glazed curds. To prevent them from sticking to your palms while cooking, you need to put some water in a cup and keep your hands wet.

The first thing is important to come up with a form that suits you. The best option would be a small sausage from the curd mass. Next, we make balls in wet hands and draw them to the desired appearance. Our cheese curds may resemble small cakes.

Wrap your homework in foil or film and hide it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Finally, we put dessert in chocolate and put it in the freezer for another 15 minutes. Take out during meals.

Potato Cheese Pie

Everyone already knows that a sweet cake can be turned into a favorite home-made glazed curd cake. This version of the recipe does not need molds, because all you need is your hands.

Composition:

  • whipped curd - 400 grams;
  • shortbread - 150-200 grams;
  • cocoa powder - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • powdered sugar - 18 grams;
  • yogurt without additives - 50 grams;
  • vanillin - 2 tablespoons;
  • ground walnut - 6 large spoons;
  • dark chocolate - 1 tile;
  • butter - 3 tablespoons;
  • milk is half a glass.

Cooking process:

  • in a coffee grinder or blender, crush cookies and walnuts until smooth;
  • grind and beat the curd mass with cocoa, vanilla powder, yogurt;
  • ingredients of the first 2 points mix together and bring to a solid;
  • prepare beautiful forms and put in the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour;
  • melt chocolate and butter in a water bath;
  • we drop the finished balls into the chocolate mixture and put them on a napkin;
  • remove the cheese in the cold for half an hour.

Do not store dessert food for a long time, otherwise it will lose the necessary vitamins in the refrigerator, and the consistency will fall apart.

"Coconut tenderness"

Thanks to well-chosen ingredients, the dessert comes out sweet and melting in the mouth. With these products it is worth being careful of people suffering from allergic reactions.

Ingredients:

  • fresh cottage cheese - 400 grams;
  • dry coconut flakes - 100 grams;
  • granulated sugar or powder - 20 grams;
  • butter - 20 grams;
  • sour cream - 3 tablespoons;
  • chocolate bar.

Cooking process:

  • mix mashed cottage cheese, powder, butter, coconut powder;
  • we make out beautiful circles and put them in the freezer for a quarter of an hour;
  • take out blanks and dip in melted chocolate glaze;
  • put it in the cold again and wait.

  • mix together cottage cheese, sugar, butter;
  • we form balls and pour the main product of the recipe into them;
  • we put in a cold place for 15-20 minutes;
  • drown chocolate in a water bath with 1 tablespoon of oil;
  • envelop our dessert in a chocolate shell;
  • we remove on an additional freezing.

Condensed milk will be used as a filler. Unfortunately, it’s not so easy to pour liquid into something, so let's use a little trick. When the curd cheese has already been formed into a certain shape, take a knife and cut a little on top. In this slot pour condensed milk and gently pinch like dumplings. After that we dip in the glaze and expect frost.

The second option for reliable design is a silicone board with grooves. It will make it much easier and faster to follow all the instructions in the recipe. And also give curds beautiful appearance.

"White glaze"

No less delicious will be the curd billet without a dark surface or cocoa. On the contrary, this look and taste will delight people who love white chocolate.
