Stewing with spices
This is a classic way of cooking, which is ideal for those who are preparing such a product for the first time and want to experience all its taste. Before you begin cooking, thoroughly flush the pork heart under running cold water. Then remove all valves and vessels, then cut the by-product into small pieces.
Now take a small onion head, peel it and cut it into large cubes or rings. Place the onions in a frying pan with hot vegetable oil and fry for a few minutes. Add pieces of heart to the pan, spices to taste, a little chopped garlic. Fry food until golden brown, and then fill the dish with boiling water, if the size of the pan allows it. If not, transfer the ingredients to a saucepan or a small saucepan and simmer for about an hour and a half.
After the specified time, put chopped dill and parsley, bay leaf, black or red pepper in a container. Let sit for about 15 minutes and the dish is ready. Serve it with potatoes, vegetables, or any cereal.

First of all, you must also wash the by-product and cut it into pieces of medium or small size. The more pieces there are, the longer they will be prepared. Put the heart into a deep frying pan or saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the carrots and onions, and then add them to the pork heart. Stir the ingredients and simmer until tender, then pour them with wine and spices. After about 5 more minutes - with water and sour cream. Simmer the food for a few more minutes and remove from heat. Pork heart can be cooked not only as a main dish, but also as a snack. Salad will turn out unusual, refined and very tasty. This dish is ideal for a holiday table, meeting guests, or just in cases where you want to pamper your family with something new and original. For salad you will need the following products:
- 300 grams of pre-cooked carrots in Korean;
- 1 red onion;
- 3 pig hearts;
- mayonnaise or sour cream;
- lemon juice;
- soy sauce;
- fresh greens;
- spices and sesame seeds.
Place the prepared heart in a pot of boiling water and cook for one hour. At this time, you can do the preparation of salad dressing.
