  • soy sauce, coconut flakes - to taste.

  • carnation - 2 pcs .;
  • peppercorns - 2 pcs .;
  • onions - 0.5 pcs .;
  • lemon - 0.5 pcs .;
  • carrots - 0.5 pcs .;
  • salt - to taste;
  • water - 1 l;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l

It will take less than 1 hour to prepare the dish. Use cilantro, onion and lemon for decoration. The manufacturing method is shown below.

  1. Rinse and peel the ginger, carrot and onion. Fry in hot oil.
  2. Put the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 20 minutes, strain.
  3. Boil the broth with seafood and spices.
  4. Cook the rice noodles separately and rinse with cool water.

  • carrots - 40 g;

  • small champignons - 8 pcs .;
  • Oyster sauce - 60 g;
  • galangal - 2 cm;
  • cilantro - for decoration.

  1. Cut vegetables into thin slices, mushrooms - into two parts, chop the galangal with a knife.

  • Chinese rice noodles - 300 g;
  • sweet and sour sauce - 10-12 st. l .;
  • olive oil - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • Green onions - 4 pcs.

Only 15 minutes will be needed to prepare a delicious breakfast with rice noodles. Proceed as follows.

  1. Boil the vermicelli in water with salt according to the package instructions.
  2. Heat olive oil in a wok pan. Add noodles and sauce. Stew for 3 minutes.

Lamb noodles

To prepare a dish according to this recipe, you will need the “Five Spices” mixture. It can be purchased at the store or in the Asian market. The dish is best served for dinner, it is very satisfying. Components:

  • lamb meat from a shovel - 2 kg;
  • garlic - 4 cloves;
  • onion - 2 pcs .;
  • Chinese noodles - 800 g;
  • chicken broth - 1 l;
  • Canned bamboo shoots - 200 g;
  • fresh ginger - 6 cm;
  • oyster or soy sauce - 100 ml;
  • rice wine - 80 g;
  • a mixture of five spices - 10 g;
  • sugar - 15 g;
  • unrefined peanut butter - 35 g;
  • salt - to taste.

This dish will be a great decoration of the holiday table. Guests will not only feel the special atmosphere of the event, but also enjoy the unique taste of lamb noodles.

The method of preparation is given below.

  • Rinse the lamb, dry and cut into small pieces with parameters of about 3-4 cm.
  • Chop the garlic in any way. Crush the ginger. Cut the onion into thin half-rings.
  • In a separate container, combine garlic, 1 tsp. ginger root and salt, spices, wine, sugar. Put the meat into the mixture and mix thoroughly. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • Heat the oil in a wok pan. Fry the onions and ginger for 2 minutes.

  • Add sauce and broth to the bowl with all ingredients, wait for boiling and reduce heat. Cover the wok and wait for 1.5 hours.
  • Add bamboo to the dish and simmer for another 20 minutes.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Cut into pieces of 3 cm.
  • Add the noodles to the remaining ingredients, mix, cook for another 3 minutes.
