- lamb meat from a shovel - 2 kg;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- onion - 2 pcs .;
- Chinese noodles - 800 g;
- chicken broth - 1 l;
- Canned bamboo shoots - 200 g;
- fresh ginger - 6 cm;
- oyster or soy sauce - 100 ml;
- rice wine - 80 g;
- a mixture of five spices - 10 g;
- sugar - 15 g;
- unrefined peanut butter - 35 g;
- salt - to taste.

- Cook noodles according to package instructions. Cut into pieces of 3 cm.
- Add the noodles to the remaining ingredients, mix, cook for another 3 minutes.
