  • a pinch of salt.

  • lime juice;
  • honey;
  • walnut oil.

Remove the peel and seeds from cucumbers and melons, cut the products into small cubes, lightly salt and put in a colander over a deep container. When the juice is drained, you can shift the melon and cucumber in a salad bowl. There also send sliced ​​radishes, sprouts, green onions. Now peel the nuts, split them in half, fry until golden brown and pour into a bowl.

To make a dressing, beat the peanut butter with lime juice and honey using a blender or a regular whisk. Pour the products in the salad bowl with this sauce and mix everything carefully.Put the finished dish on a plate with lettuce leaves, sprinkle it on top with pepper or any other seasonings.

Basmati rice is ideal for this dish. Thoroughly rinse 1 cup of such cereal in plenty of cold water and boil it in the usual way. While the rice is cooked, peel and chop the shallots and parsley. Five medium radishes chop into thin round slices, divide as many cherry tomatoes into 2 halves. After that, put pine nuts in a frying-pan without vegetable oil and lightly fry them.

Then boil in freshly salted water 2 fresh carrots, cut into slices. Now mix all the cooked vegetables, herbs and rice in a suitable container.

Top with olive oil mixed with spices, thyme and wine vinegar. And at the end of the composition sprinkle roasted pine nuts. Such a dish is eaten hot and cold.

With rice and avocado

All the ingredients that are part of this dish, perfectly combined with each other. Salad turns out useful, incredibly tasty and nutritious. For it you will need the following products:

  • ripe avocado (larger than average) - 1 pc .;
  • juice of 1 lemon;
  • wild rice - 200 grams;
  • olive oil;
  • hot pepper flakes;
  • salad sheets;
  • salt;
  • spring onions;
  • radish - 5-7 pcs .;
  • white beans - 200 g

The process of cooking this dish does not take you much time. To start, put the rice stew, and at this time, prepare the rest of the products. Avocados need to be cleaned, freed from the bone, cut into large slices, salt and flavor with lemon juice. Put the avocado in a bowl, add the same chopped greens, boiled beans and radishes, cut into 2 parts. After the rice is ready, you just have to mix it with these components.

You will also need 2 fresh cucumbers and potatoes, 1 carrot, 300 grams of radish, a bunch of salad greens, onion, dill, mayonnaise, lemon juice and seasonings to taste. We recommend using a little sugar, salt and black pepper. Boil the potatoes in a uniform or peel them. Do this before or after cooking - it does not matter.
