- Grind greens with garlic in a blender. If there is no blender at home, you can skip the garlic through a grater, and chop the greens. By the way, you can dry out a bunch of basil in advance, and then just rub the leaves in your palms.
- Add the greens and garlic to the puree, then forty milligrams of table (non-concentrated) vinegar and cook all together for exactly ten minutes. Then lay out in a prepared container and roll up.

- Pre-ripe and washed tomatoes should be divided into two equal halves, put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sent to the oven for exactly an hour. The temperature should not be more than one hundred and eighty degrees.

- Puree ready. Now you can spread it in molds. For example, small molds for baking silicone cakes are ideal.
