Peaches with ice cream

The first of the proposed desserts is an unusual combination of hot caramelized peach pieces and cold refreshing ice cream.

To make such a dessert, you will need:

  • two fresh peaches;
  • three tablespoons of butter;
  • four tablespoons of sugar;
  • one or two tablespoons of honey;
  • vanilla ice cream;
  • If desired, you can add a pinch of vanilla sugar.

Cooking method:

  • First, rinse and dry the peaches thoroughly, then cut them in half and remove the bones. After that, cut the resulting halves of peaches into slices.
  • As soon as the peaches are carefully sliced, melt the butter over low heat. To do this, you need a small pan. In melted butter you need to add honey, sugar and, if desired, a pinch of vanilla sugar. After the above actions, the mixture should be boiled over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Now in a boiling mixture to drop the slices of peaches. Slices should be kept in a frying pan for about 6 minutes on each side. It is important to note that the fire at the same time should be minimal.
  • When the dish is ready, it should be carefully placed on a plate and pour the mixture in which it was prepared. This dessert should be served with vanilla ice cream.

Curd jelly

The following peach dessert is presented in the form of curd jelly with whipped cream. Dessert is perfect in the summer heat, can act not only as a dessert, but also as a full meal.

To make this peach dessert, you will need:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
  • 200 grams of sour cream;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 15 grams of gelatin;
  • 6–8 fresh peaches;
  • whipped cream.

At first it is necessary to soak the gelatin in one glass of water, then, heating over low heat, wait until it is completely dissolved. Next, you will need to beat the cottage cheese together with sour cream and sugar until smooth, which will require a blender. In the resulting mixture, add the already dissolved gelatin, and then blend the mixture again very carefully.

Now go to the next stage of cooking our dishes. Take the form and lay out on its bottom gently chopped fruit. Fill the previously obtained mixture. We put the form in the refrigerator for 2 hours, but if time allows, it is better to leave the form in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Over time, remove the form from the refrigerator and drop it into hot water for about a minute. After that, we take the form out of the water and gently turn it over on the dish. Jelly should easily slide into the dish from the mold.

Our dish is almost ready, it remains only to decorate it with whipped cream, cut into neat pieces and can be served.

The important point in the preparation of this dish is that the peaches should be cut as small as possible, since the large pieces are much heavier than jelly and will deform it.
