Sea buckthorn drink

This is another recipe for quick and easy fruit drink. For one portion of the drink will need 1 tablespoon of thawed fruit. You should put them in a saucepan, add 3 tablespoons of honey and carefully mash the ingredients. Now you need to pour the puree obtained with a liter of cool water and leave the dish to infuse for half an hour. This will give the drink juiciness and saturation. Healing tea

  • 7 tablespoons of potato starch;
  • 2 liters (10 glasses) of water.

In the prepared container it is necessary to dilute the starch with water and mix thoroughly, avoiding the formation of lumps. At this time, the sea-buckthorn syrup, water and sugar should already be cooked on the stove. It should be added diluted starch in the berry broth in a thin stream, stirring constantly. At the end of cooking you need to add some sea buckthorn juice and pour the jelly into molds.

It is recommended to wait until the dish cools to room temperature and put it in the fridge for further solidification.

Liquid jelly

This nutritious, tasty and healthy dish can be prepared by everyone. To do this, you first need to defrost 2 cups of sea buckthorn berries. Wash the fruit, drain it in a colander and allow water to drain completely. Now you need to rub the berries through a sieve or cheesecloth to squeeze the juice.

You should put the juice in the fridge, and softened berries - move to a separate bowl, pour boiling water and boil for 5 minutes. Then strain again.
