  • In another saucepan, mix 0.5 liters of sour cream and some melted milk. As a result, a solid mass is formed, which must then be added to a container with baked milk and mixed thoroughly.
  • The resulting product should be decomposed into glass jars or ceramic pots, in each batch adding a piece of cut fragrant peel. Capacities must be warm, for this they can be wrapped in dense matter. After 4-5 hours, sour baked milk is ready and can be put in the refrigerator.
