It will be enough just to remove the bag of cooked buckwheat, pour its contents onto a plate and serve it to the table.
Secondly, the grains do not need to be pre-washed, sorted or cleaned from litter - they are packed in each package already clean. Thirdly, the preparation itself is simplified - such croup will not burn, and upon completion it will not be necessary to scrub the soiled saucepan for a long time.

All product indicators in the bags correspond to the norm, so do not worry that the transition to this type of semi-finished product will bring any harm. Perhaps the only disadvantage of packaged cereals can be called its increased price.
Another inconvenience is the inability to pre-fry the grains in the pan without the use of oil, which transforms the state of the garnish to the better.
Cooking time
To cook buckwheat in bags, it takes only 15 to 20 minutes. However, this time period does not include the minutes spent boiling water, and sachets must be immersed in boiling water. In the case when the cereal goes for a side dish, it is boiled less, and for porridge it is more, since the grains need time to boil over.

If you have to cook a few bags in one saucepan, then the amount of liquid only needs to be increased slightly. The main requirement is to pour so much water to its buckwheat was below its level by a couple of centimeters. The amount of oil reaches 1 tablespoon, sugar is added to taste - from 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar, plus about 4 pinches of salt are often added to the water at the cooking stage.

Quick-cooking buckwheat porridge is prepared as follows: cool potable water is poured into a saucepan and brought to a boil, after which a sachet is dropped into it for the number of minutes indicated on the package.
Then buckwheat is removed, and the unopened package is laid out in a colander or sieve to cool a little and get rid of the remaining water. Finally, he is incised in the indicated place, the grains are poured into the prepared container, mixed with butter and, if necessary, with sugar, after which you can start the meal. Boil buckwheat bags can be in milk. Cooking will have in two stages: First, fill the sachets with plain water and boil for about 10 minutes, then just pour the milk into the container and bring everything to readiness.
The milk that will remain after cooking, you just need to pour into the porridge, already laid out in plates. Immediately it is worth mentioning that it is more logical to cook several servings at the same time - this is how the whole volume of milk can be used. Before serving everything is flavored with butter and seasoned with sugar.
There is another way of cooking milk porridge - first, buckwheat is completely boiled in water, and then it is filled with milk of room temperature, butter, honey or other sweeteners.
Microwave owners can use this unit for making packaged breakfast or side dish.
In the glass bowl, traditionally supplied with the device, the bags are laid out and poured with salted freshly boiled water. The fluid level should be a couple of centimeters higher than the level of buckwheat. The dish is covered with a lid. In the microwave set time of 10 minutes and the maximum possible power of work. Ready buckwheat served to the table with butter and sugar.
By the way, it is worth mentioning that many cooks advise cooking buckwheat in salted water.
In the case when the cereal is to be used as a side dish, this is quite a reasonable solution, and in the case when the person who has changed his mind decides to make it sweet, adding sugar will quickly correct the situation. Boil buckwheat, like any other cereal, is on weak fire. Pulling the bag out of the pan is more convenient either by using a fork or knife, or by grasping the cold edge.
By the way, the water in which the kernels will be boiled can be brought to a boil, not directly in the saucepan, but in the kettle - so the process will accelerate.
In the case when the Greek is to become a side dish, during its cooking it is quite possible to have time to cook fried onions and carrots, and even better - add to them fried mushrooms and bell peppers. Having filled porridge with these ingredients, you will need to let it settle for about 1/4 hour. In addition, there is a point of view that the grits will turn out to be successfully cooked in a broth, for example, remaining from chicken. If it is prepared from scratch, then it will be enough to add only water, a bay leaf and spices to the water.
Fast buckwheat allows for a short time to cook a full dinner.
For example, if there is no extra time, you can boil the cereal, and then mix it still hot with a jar of stew and, if desired, with some sauce. In such a buckwheat will not need to add butter, so fat, available in a jar of meat, will be just enough.
If, however, there is still time to cook the meat, then the formed rich broth is used for boiling buckwheat, and then the cereal is filled with pieces of meat and vegetable zazharka. In the same cases, when porridge combines only with roasted vegetables, the resulting dish can be poured with vegetable broth, covered with a lid and stewed over low heat until all the liquid is absorbed. Before serving, this dish is recommended to sprinkle with finely chopped greens.

It is believed that if you pour cool liquid into the pan, put the cereal in it and only then put it on the fire, the dish will be more tender and crumbly. If there are fears that ready-made buckwheat will be too dry, then, if you dowry it, you can try not to get it right out of the water, if there is no need for immediate use. In addition, it will be possible to warm it up in the same liquid before serving.
There is also an option to get it according to the instructions, squeeze out excess water, put it in a warm saucepan, season it with butter and crumbled herbs. This porridge is covered with a lid, wrapped in a towel, and the top is covered with a rug. The finished dish will be hot, crumbly and not overdried. Finally, it is worth recalling about another method of cooking packaged buckwheat. The water in the pan is brought to a boil and salted, after which the bags are placed in it. After 12 minutes, a piece of butter is dropped directly into the water. 3 more minutes - and you can get porridge.
The resulting buckwheat can be the basis for numerous recipes, such as stuffed peppers.
Preparation begins with the preparation of ingredients: 6 large and puzitenky bell peppers, 100 grams of canned tuna in own juice, 1 onion, 2 bags of buckwheat, a teaspoon of dried oregano, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 70 grams of grated cheese.
Buckwheat is boiled according to the instructions, while the peppers are cleaned and cut into 2 parts. Onions are finely chopped and fried until golden brown in the pan. Groats are laid out in a container and combined with onions, tuna and spices, including salt. Halves of peppers are filled with the resulting mass and removed for 1/4 hour in the oven, heated to 180 degrees heat. Somewhere 5 minutes before turning off the peppers can be sprinkled with grated cheese.
The same buckwheat sachets can be the basis for vegetable meatballs or stuffed cabbage. It is used for roasting with meat in the oven, cooked with pumpkin slices in the pumpkin itself, served with green peas, chicken and egg, with cod under a cheese crust, with feta cheese and fresh vegetables, chili and spinach, meat dumplings - and in all possible cases requiring the use of ordinary buckwheat porridge.
