  • 1 pack of "Zhelix" (or other thickener).

The cooking method involves several steps.

  1. It is necessary to wash the strawberries under running water, remove the stems and sepals. Large berries should be cut into pieces, and small ones can be left whole.
  2. The program "Quenching" of the multicooker will allow you to cook the syrup using sugar and water in just 20 minutes. If you have difficulty with the activation of this program on the slow cooker, you can perform this procedure on the stove.

Making the jam recipe a reality takes a decent amount of time, but the end result is strawberry perfection. This is something sweet, with a surprisingly soft creamy texture.

  1. Prepared berries should be placed in a bowl or pot, covered with sugar. Candied strawberries should be left for an hour, previously covered with a cloth, to block the path of insects.
  2. For a softer jam, you must mash the fruit with potato mash or a big fork.
  3. Then you should add lemon juice to improve the structure and taste, mix.
  4. On the multicooker, you need to select the program “Quenching”, shift the berry mass there and turn on the device. To complete the preparation should take from 30 to 45 minutes.
  5. The next step is to add pectin, mix everything thoroughly again.
  6. Further cooking takes place on the program "Baking". It will take about 20-30 minutes.

After the device is completed, the finished jam should be poured into tightly closed cans. After complete cooling, the jam must be removed in the refrigerator.

Walnut Jam

Ingredients (two liters):

  • strawberries - 1 kilogram;
  • walnut kernels - 0.3 kilograms;
  • granulated sugar - 1 kilogram;
  • water - 350 milliliters.

The recipe for this nutritious and healthy delicacy is simple.

  1. Dry the nuts in a pan, chop them with a blender or rolling pin.
  2. The nut chips should be diluted with fresh and clean water.
  3. Rinse the strawberries thoroughly, wait until it dries, remove the sepals. Using a blender, bring the fruit to a state of mashed potatoes.
  4. In a puree of berries, pour sugar, mix everything.
