After that, strawberry puree is recommended to carefully rub through a metal sieve so that it does not have large seeds. At the same time, take a separate dish and pour water into it, and pour brown sugar (0.5 cup) into it. Put this liquid on the stove to boil, while constantly stirring it. Boil the sweet liquid should be until the brown sugar is completely dissolved in it. Then boil it again for five minutes. Then remove the syrup from the heat and let it cool completely.

At the same time, add in a smooth mashed strawberry fresh lemon juice (if there is no lemon, you can use lime juice).

The finished sweet syrup is gradually poured in portions into a strawberry mass. The entire mixture is poured into a plastic container and evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the dish. Its tightly closed lid.

In this form, the dessert is put in the freezer. Strawberry sorbet should be kept in the freezer for at least one hour. After that it is taken out and mixed thoroughly. It may take 10-12 hours. Next, the dessert is taken out, placed in another plate and decorated with mint leaves.

Classic strawberry sorbet with milk

Strawberries are carefully washed and laid out in a container. Milk is added there (instead of milk, you can use yogurt without additives and without pieces of fruit or even cream). In order to make the dish sweeter, sugar is put in the mixture (2-3 teaspoons per 0.5 cups of berries). If there is no sugar, take honey. The resulting strawberry mass is whipped for one minute. After this, a thick elastic mash should form. It is carefully laid out in containers and sent to the freezer. There it freezes. In the freezer, the dessert is left for one hour.

Strawberry sorbet "Taste of summer"

To prepare such a sorbet, you first need to pour sugar into a blender (0.1 kilogram), where it will be ground. To the obtained icing sugar send berries (500 grams). To this mass is added and orange juice (100 grams).

However, it is recommended to pre-cool it.

Arrange the strawberry sorbet in separate cups and send it to the freezer.

Strawberry sorbet with basil leaves

Rinse strawberries (0.5 kilograms) under water and chop in a blender or mixer to a state of mashed potatoes. Then add there powdered sugar (40-50 grams), basil (seven leaves) and lemon juice. Well beat a lot with all these ingredients. Gently pour the fruit mixture into a plastic container and send it in this form to a refrigerator, where it cools and hardens a little.

In this case, it will be necessary to take out the sorbet several times and mix it so that ice crystals do not form in the dessert.

Banana and strawberry sorbet

First wash the strawberries (ten berries). Remove all tails from it. At the same time, take two bananas and peel them. Bananas are cut into several small pieces.Connect them in the same container with strawberries. All this is briefly put in the freezer.

After the fruit for the future sorbet is sufficiently frozen, it is taken out and placed in a blender. There they are crushed. If the berries are not very sweet, then add some honey to the resulting mass. Then the fruit mixture is again placed in the refrigerator. Wait until it gets cold enough again. After this, the sorbet is taken out and served to the table.

When serving, this dessert is additionally decorated with chocolate, nut crumb or whole fresh berries.

Refreshing strawberry sorbet

To make such a dessert, you need to wash the strawberries in cool water. Separate the fruit stem from the berries. Put the prepared fruit in a metal saucepan. Add a small amount of sugar there and fill all these ingredients with clean water. In the resulting berry mass squeeze the juice from one fresh lemon. The mass is left to infuse for 25 minutes. After this time, juice should form in the bowl with strawberries. After that, it is put in a blender, where it turns into mashed potatoes.

Many housewives advise that after this additionally pass the mixture through a metal sieve. This will make the mass more uniform.
