- tomato paste 2 tbsp. l .;
- salt, herbs and seasoning to taste.
The cooking algorithm is simple.
- Wash the peas and place them in a pot of water. Boil until ready (20-30 minutes).
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Scald with boiling water.
- Boiled peas need to grind with a blender or mixer to a state of lush mashed potatoes.
- Then add onion and 50 g of semolina to mashed potatoes. You can also add greens to taste. Mix thoroughly and leave for 20 minutes.
