  • water 500 g;

  • tomatoes 3 pieces;
  • semolina 100 g;
  • vegetable oil 2.5 Art. l;
  • tomato paste 2 tbsp. l .;
  • salt, herbs and seasoning to taste.

The cooking algorithm is simple.

  1. Wash the peas and place them in a pot of water. Boil until ready (20-30 minutes).
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion. Scald with boiling water.
  3. Boiled peas need to grind with a blender or mixer to a state of lush mashed potatoes.
